Liu Xiang is a Chinese national hero. He joined the Asian Games 2009 in Hong Kong. He got the first place in the 110m hurdles event on 11th December, 2009.I was very happy with his performance. I think all Hong Kong citizens were also happy with his good result. Although he finished the event in 14.05 seconds that is 1.10 seconds more than the record he finished last month in the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix, his performance was cheered by the audiences.
